Age Eligibility Statement: Vorth manicure diary application and all affiliated functional services are exclusively available for users aged 18 and above. Individuals under 18 years old are strictly prohibited from registering, accessing and using this App and its related services.

1. Policy Purpose & Binding Scope

This Privacy Policy is formulated independently by the Vorth operation team to standardize the collection, storage, processing, usage and protection of user personal data and creative content generated during the use of the Vorth manicure diary App (hereinafter referred to as "the App").

This policy applies to all users who download, install, log in and use the App’s core services, including uploading manicure photos, editing text diary records, and viewing personalized manicure statistical data. Your continuous use of the App confirms that you are an adult user with full civil capacity, and you fully understand and voluntarily accept all terms of this policy.

If you do not agree with any clause herein, you have no right to use the App’s diary recording and data statistics functions, and you must terminate the use of the App immediately.

2. Adult-Only Service Rule & Minor Protection

Vorth is a personal manicure record and data statistics tool designed for adult daily use. We implement a strict adult access mechanism and do not provide any service access rights for minors under 18 years of age.

We do not actively collect or retain any personal information and creative content of minor users. Once we detect unauthorized use by minors, we will immediately clear all their uploaded manicure pictures, text diary content and usage data records, and permanently block the corresponding device access authority.

Any user who conceals their age and illegally uses the service shall bear all corresponding legal responsibilities and consequence independently.

3. Categories of Data Collected & Processed

We strictly abide by the lawful, necessary and minimal principle of data processing. All data collected is only to realize the App’s manicure record and data statistics functions, without arbitrary collection of irrelevant user information. The specific data types are as follows:

3.1 User Manicure Creative Content

All statistical data is only displayed for your personal viewing and will not be pushed or disclosed to any third party without authorization.

To maintain App operational stability, optimize statistical algorithm accuracy and fix functional bugs, we will anonymously collect basic device information (device model, system version) and normal operation logs during your use. This data is completely de-identified and cannot be used to locate your personal identity or private information.

3.4 Active Feedback Information

When you take the initiative to contact our official email to put forward functional suggestions, service complaints or consultation demands, we will retain the contact information and feedback content you provided to complete targeted after-sales service and product optimization.

We adopt classified management and secure storage mechanisms for different types of user data. Your exclusive manicure photos, text diaries and personalized statistical data are private content, and we will strictly implement confidential protection measures.

User creative content and statistical data will be stored securely during your use of the service. You have independent control rights over all your manicure diary content, and you can delete, edit and clear your records and data at any time through the App’s built-in functions. After you actively delete the content, we will completely clear the corresponding data from the server.

Anonymous operation and maintenance logs will be retained for a limited time according to operational needs, and will be automatically cleared after the maintenance cycle ends to avoid redundant data retention.

6. Data Security Guarantee Measures

We have built a comprehensive data security protection system for user manicure records and statistical data. We adopt encrypted storage, data isolation, access permission control and other technical and management measures to prevent user private content from leakage, tampering, loss and unauthorized access.

Your continued use of the App’s manicure diary service after the policy update will be deemed as your acceptance of the revised terms. If you disagree with the updated content, you shall stop using the App immediately.
